Clinton W. Teston

Clint Teston is a partner at Teston & Burruss, PC working in the areas of Personal Injury, Criminal Defense and Divorce/Family Law. Clint has years of practical experience zealously representing his clients in criminal jury trials and civil car wrecks, slip and falls and wrongful arrests in State and Federal Court. Clint is happy to partner with Jason Burruss, who brings experience and passion to Teston & Burrus, PC.

Clint graduated from NGCSU in 2007 and UGA's School of Law in 2010. He lives in Gainesville, Ga with his wife, and fellow attorney, Natalie Teston, a partner at Coleman, Chambers & Rogers, LLP, and their two sons.

Clint is a member of the Bar of the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce and Gainesville Jaycees. Clint is admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia and Federal Court.

Jason M. Burruss

A partner at Teston & Burruss, PC, Jason has spent his career representing clients across North Georgia with a relentless pursuit of service and sound legal advice. Jason's practice is devoted to serving clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law with years of successful experience.

Jason served in the Hall County District Attorney's office prior to graduating from John Marshall Law School. Upon graduation, Jason returned to Gainesville to begin his practice as an attorney at Weaver Law Firm before founding Teston & Burruss, PC with friend and colleague, Clint Teston. Together, Jason and Clint work passionately to serve their clients and community.

Jason is a lifelong resident of Gainesville and active member in his community. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Northeastern Bar Association. He and his wife, Briana, attend Lakewood Baptist Church in Gainesville. Jason and Briana recently announced the birth of their first child, Jack Michael Burruss.
